• Booking handling: We process your first name, last name, email address and phone number. Legal basis: performance of a contract (your booking).
• Statutory guest registration: Upon arrival we must record certain data for local accommodation tax purposes and foreigner stay reporting (as required by law).
• Property protection (CCTV): The area in front of the apartment entrance is monitored by a camera system for property protection and guest safety. (We maintain separate GDPR documentation for this processing).
• Cookies: We use cookies to ensure proper functioning of maps and forms on the website.

3. Who has access to the data?

We do not sell your data or provide it to third parties for marketing purposes. Access is limited to:

• Authorized persons of the controller.
• Public authorities (e.g. municipality) where required by law.

4. Retention period

Data from the booking form is kept for the time necessary to handle your booking and then according to statutory retention periods (e.g. accounting rules). CCTV recordings are automatically overwritten in short cycles (typically within 7 days) unless a security incident occurs.

You have the right to request access to your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to processing.
